Sponge cake :

Ingredients :

• 200g of sugar
• 200g of butter
• 200g of floor
• 4 eggs
• 2 pinches of salt
• 1 bag of baking powder
• 1 soup spoon of vanilla extract

Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 180°. Whip the butter and the sugar to obtain a smooth cream. Add 1 by 1 egg by continuing to whip . Add the salt, the flour, the baking powder and the vanilla.
